Job summary

Orion Group is seeking a Project Coordinator - Operations & Supply Chain to support a global pharmaceutical organization. This role is ideal for an organized, proactive project professional who enjoys coordinating cross-functional initiatives, managing timelines, and driving operational excellence across supply chain and manufacturing organizations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
3-5 years of experience in project coordination, supply chain, manufacturing or operations.
Experience coordinating cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate cross-functional operations and supply chain projects from initiation through completion.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and dashboards.
Support NPI activities by coordinating launch timelines and stage-gate reviews.
Track deliverables, risks, and dependencies; escalate issues when necessary.
Coordinate supply disruption initiatives related to raw materials and capacity.
Collaborate with procurement, planning, manufacturing, quality, and tech teams.
Prepare project status reports, executive summaries, metrics, and presentations.
Monitor budgets, schedules, and resource utilization; ensure governance compliance.
Facilitate communication to align priorities across stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiencies.
