Qualifications

• Two years of college-level coursework or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of project coordination experience in the architecture/engineering industry.
• Experience using SpecsIntact and MasterSpec software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities with Project Managers and technical teams.
• Manage electronic and physical project documentation, filing and record control.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, record actions, and follow up on tasks.
