The role provides project coordination, administrative, and communications support for two national networks, ensuring smooth planning of meetings, events, and simulations across partners.

The ideal candidate brings public health interest, experience with collaborative teams, and comfort with content creation and digital tools.

Qualifications

Experience, coursework, or interest in public health or health research.
Experience with website content management or digital communications.
Experience with project coordination or project management.
At least one year of experience supporting research or collaborative teams.
Familiarity with collaboration/communication tools including Microsoft 365, Google Drive, Box, Smartsheet, Canva, Mailchimp/Mailerlite, and major social platforms.

Responsibilities

Coordinate meetings, webinars, conferences, and events, including logistics.
Foster collaboration among Consortium/network members, workgroups, and partners.
Maintain project management systems, documentation, reporting processes, and shared resources.
Support data collection, survey administration, and evaluation activities.
Develop and distribute content across digital channels (websites, newsletters, email, social media).
