This office-based role helps manage data, reports, site communications, and start-up activities across phases.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree in allied health or related field and at least 1 year of clinical research experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in allied health fields or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in clinical research or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support Clinical Project Manager/Director in completing project management activities through all phases.
• Update on progress, issues, and outstanding items; assist with issue resolution.
• Prepare data reports and assist with site management activities.
• Draft clinical project plans, manuals, and presentations; ensure SOP compliance.
• Create and distribute internal/external reports, newsletters, and communications.
• Assist tracking of project scope, milestones, and start-up activities.
• Maintain tracking tools and TMF-related documents; support audits as needed.
• Coordinate site prescreening, screening, enrollment, and subject status information.
