Jacobs is seeking a Project Coordinator Professional to support design, engineering and project delivery for its advanced manufacturing teams in the United States. You’ll provide technical and administrative assistance, coordinate documents, and help keep the client aligned through clear communication.

You’ll learn and apply telecom design schematics, use Excel/Access/Word daily, and leverage Jacobs software and other design tools.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in a project environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, Access, and Word.
• Ability to learn, read and design telecom design schematics.
• Ability to learn and become proficient with design software programs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide design, engineering and project delivery support to clients.
• Support the advanced manufacturing team and client with technical and administrative tasks and maintain client communication.
• Assist with processing documents such as invoices and purchase orders and coordinate with outside resources.
• Contribute technical support to a collaborative, multi-discipline design team.

As a Project Coordinator Professional, you’ll provide our client with design, engineering, and project delivery. You’ll support our advanced manufacturing team and client by providing technical and administrative support and, most importantly, helping us stay connected with our client with your communication skills. You may also assist with processing of documents such as invoices and purchase orders; and communicate with other outside resources when needed. Your design and database knowledge will be put to use as you will also provide technical support to our collaborative, multi-discipline design team.

Here’s what you'll need

The base salary range for this position is $58,900.00 to $80,900.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
