Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Engineering OR
• Associates Degree in Project Management OR
• Associates Degree in Finance OR
• Associates Degree in Business AND 2 years minimum related experience
• In Lieu of Degree, High School / GED AND 5 years minimum related experience

Responsibilities

• Develop/Generate Periodic Project Controls Communications; lead data collection, verification, analysis
• Distribute and archive project controls reports
• Provide presentation quality reports to project/management teams
• Lead and perform change control tracking and management
• Identify, assess and distribute change requests per governance standards
• Support audits and communications within the team
• Coordinate benchmarking and self‑assessment for project controls
• Coordinate improvement opportunities and adoption of best practices
• Develop/maintain common WBS, cost estimates and cash flow tracking
• Manage project status communications and analyses
• Create and maintain project estimates describing scope, schedule and cost details
• Ensure estimates address scope, materials, resources, and fully burdened labor
• Manage estimates per PMCoE standards and BU processes
• Demonstrate effective team leadership
