Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an entry-level Project Controls Specialist to join our Project Controls Team in Independence, MO. This role supports scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and project performance.

You will gather progress data, develop time-phased cost and resource forecasts, and prepare earned value analyses. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and familiarity with Primavera P6 and EcoSys, with up to 10% travel in a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 0+ years experience considered.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and budgeting.
• Experience with Primavera and EcoSys is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports compliance with internal procedures and gathers progress data.
• Develops integrated schedules and analyzes schedule progress.
