The ideal candidate demonstrates basic project management knowledge, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel, with familiarity in Primavera and EcoSys. This position is hybrid with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Supports compliance with internal procedures and federal/government regulations.
• Gathers project progress information to update schedules, costs, and forecasts.
• Performs basic financial analyses and routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains, and analyzes integrated critical path schedules for routine projects.
• Generates and analyzes earned value reports and discusses observations with project manager.
• Performs project cost forecasting, variance analysis and status reporting.
• Uses document management protocols for project documentation.
• Performs other duties as required.
