Anglian Water @one Alliance is seeking a Project Commercial Manager to lead commercial and cost management for complex projects. The role reports to the Senior Project Manager and drives value through robust forecasting, cost control, and governance adherence.

You'll work across procurement strategies, subcontracts, and change management within a hybrid model at Norwich. A degree and professional certification are preferred, with strong stakeholder engagement essential.

Competenze

• You will hold a degree or professional certification and have demonstrable experience managing complex projects.
• Experience with NEC contracts and strong stakeholder management skills are essential.
• Ability to lead, challenge decisions and drive commercial outcomes across programmes.

• Accountable for commercial and cost management from inception to close out.
• Provide a commercial challenge to the Senior Project Manager and team on all project matters.
• Ensure contracts, procurement strategies and cost reporting align with governance and baseline plans.
