This development-focused role emphasizes mentorship, client coordination, budgets and schedules, and collaboration with consultants across disciplines, within a debt-free firm that values work-life balance and hybrid schedules with half-day Fridays.

Qualifications

• A professional degree in architecture from an accredited program is a minimum requirement.
• 5+ years of professional experience in architecture.
• Current Architectural Registration is required.
• Strong understanding of design documentation, drawing sets, and project workflows.
• Experience coordinating across multiple disciplines and leading smaller project components.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PM with planning, developing, and maintaining project schedules.
• Support coordination between design disciplines, engineering consultants, and internal team members.
• Track consultant deliverables, deadlines, and alignment to project scope.
• Prepare client correspondence and organize deliverables.
• Contribute to project leadership and progressively own PM tasks.
