Bickel Group Architecture seeks an experienced Project Architect/Project Manager to guide projects from feasibility through construction administration. You will collaborate with clients, consultants, and jurisdictions, leading teams and maintaining design and technical excellence.

The role emphasizes meaningful ownership, mentorship, and a balance between thoughtful design and practical delivery in a hybrid work setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field is required or preferred.
• Five or more years of architectural experience with project management exposure.
• Strong written, graphic, and verbal communication skills are essential.

Mansioni

• Lead project coordination through all phases of design and construction.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and team members.
• Organize teams, responsibilities, deliverables, and coordination efforts.
• Balance design intent with code, schedule, budget, and constructability.
• Coordinate with jurisdictions to support entitlement and approvals.
• Oversee preparation and quality of project documents.
• Manage consultants, clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
