You’ll supervise the Project Architect and team to complete projects on time and within budget, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture required.
• Architecture license preferred.
• 7+ years of professional experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate assignments clearly to staff, consultants and vendors.
• Sound judgment and timely decision making.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit.
• Knowledge of SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suites is a plus.
• Strong customer service, organization and communication skills.
• Knowledge of building codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of architectural projects and ensure high quality construction documents.
• Direct Project Architect and team to meet schedule and budget constraints.
• Lead all project phases from Pre-Design to Construction Administration.
• Maintain positive client relationships and provide regular progress updates.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior staff.
• Lead construction administration meetings with contractors and owners.
