Temple University’s Planning and Capital Projects seeks a Project Architect/Manager to lead planning, design and delivery of capital projects, serving as the owner's representative. You will coordinate with campus stakeholders, consultants, and regulatory agencies to ensure quality, functional and maintainable outcomes while maintaining design intent.

The role requires strong architectural leadership, project management, and collaboration skills, with a hybrid work schedule and benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum five years in architecture or project delivery roles.
• Experience with space planning, design, docs, or construction administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and design for capital projects from concept through closeout.
• Coordinate consultants, stakeholders, and regulatory reviews.
• Review design documents for quality, code compliance, and constructability.
