Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant program analysis experience in similar technical programs.
• Secret security clearance.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes and program management documentation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze programmatic, financial, and schedule data to support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, tracking tools, and status reports.
• Support development and monitoring of program budgets, including obligations and expenditures.
• Prepare briefings, read-ahead materials, and reports for reviews and leadership meetings.
• Track risks, issues, and actions; help develop mitigation strategies.
• Analyze technical and programmatic docs to identify trends and discrepancies.
• Support development of integrated master schedules and plans.
• Coordinate with engineering, contracts, and logistics stakeholders.
• Assist in acquisition documentation and milestone decision packages.
• Support earned value management analysis and reporting.
• Maintain program files and correspondence per record management rules.
