Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering or related field, 5+ years of analytical experience, strong communication, and a hybrid onsite schedule.

Qualifications

• Five or more years experience in an analytical position utilizing database programs and spreadsheet software.
• Demonstrated experience in gathering, documenting, analyzing and drawing conclusions on complex data.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Under general direction, formulates and defines system scope and objectives.
• Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents programs; participates in project phases.

Responsibilities

• Support LA28 project initiatives and collaborate with Public Affairs to develop materials and talking points.
• Assist with pre-construction/construction planning by crafting and supervising action items for project teams.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for data tools and ensure data integrity and access control.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary project teams often 30+ members.
• Assist the project manager with progress reports, tracking milestones, metrics, schedules, and budgets.
• Develop presentations and project documentation for management and executive review.
