Job summary

The Foth Companies is seeking a collaborative Accounting Analyst to support project financial reporting, invoicing, and billing. The role will partner with project managers and business unit accountants to ensure accurate financial data and timely client invoicing across multiple offices in WI, IA, or SD.

Based in a hybrid environment, the candidate will coordinate project setups, monitor budgets, and help develop cost estimates for proposals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience including invoicing and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, v-lookups)
• Experience with accounts receivable, GL accounting, reconciliations, month-end close or financial reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business preferred or equivalent industry experience

Responsibilities

• Provide project financial reporting support and consultation to Project Managers and Business Unit Accountants
• Coordinate project setup activities by reviewing contract requirements and establishing projects in the ERP system
• Maintain understanding of client standards to support accurate invoicing and compliance
• Support project managers by monitoring and analyzing project schedules and budgets
• Monitor supplier invoices and assist with PO management
• Process and submit client invoices timely and accurately
• Proactively work to ensure timely billing and receipt of payments within contract terms
• Process payment vouchers and expense reports
• Support financial reporting activities by preparing, reviewing, and distributing reports
• Assist with cost estimates for client proposals and project pursuits
• Provide administrative, accounting, and project support as needed
