Foth is seeking an Accounting Analyst to support project financial reporting, invoicing, and ERP setup. The role collaborates with project managers and business unit accountants to ensure accuracy and timely billing while adhering to contractual terms and accounting standards.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent industry experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, v-lookups, etc.) required.
• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint and project accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide project financial reporting support to Project Managers and Business Unit Accountants.
• Coordinate project setup activities by reviewing contract requirements and establishing projects within ERP.
• Support accurate invoicing and compliance with client requirements.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets for performance tracking.

Education

Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent industry experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, v-lookups)

Power BI or similar reporting/analytics tools

Deltek Vantagepoint software experience
