Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with diverse scientific and technical teams.
• Knowledge of computer systems and basic programming concepts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects, resources, tools, and communications across EMC.
• Support interactions with NOAA NCO to resolve issues and manage resource tickets.
• Monitor outages and maintenance; report to management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate equipment allocation and property management.
• Support IT software/tool transitions with NCO.
• Review and proofread publications; manage review processes.
• Provide logistical support for seminars, meetings.
• Document algorithms and tools in notes, publications and user guides.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
