Formación

• Bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, education, human resources, social sciences, or a related field.
• At least two years of professional-level experience in a related program or service environment.
• One year of lead or comparable leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, mentoring, and performance management for Program Specialist staff.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive training and professional development program for staff.
• Oversee daily Program Specialist operations to ensure service levels and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with cross-team teams to improve workflows and policies.
• Monitor service metrics and use data to drive continuous improvement.
