Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Program Planning Scheduling Analyst to join a team that supports flagship programs from Palmdale, CA to Oklahoma City and San Diego. You will partner with program leadership to maintain schedules, assess risks, and drive on-time milestones.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with experience in planning or project management, proficiency with MS Office and MS Project, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years in program planning or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
• Willing to work a hybrid schedule in multiple locations.
• Ability to obtain US Government Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate the integrated master plan and schedule.
• Ensure schedules are integrated across finance, engineering, manufacturing and quality.
• Track plans, perform risk analysis and resolve critical path conflicts.
• Use Gantt, PERT, milestones, EVM to monitor progress and flag variances.
