Job summary

Karma Automotive is seeking a Program Manager – Sales & Customer Experience to develop, implement, and manage strategic programs supporting the sales organization, dealer network, vehicle distribution, and customer experience.

Reporting to the VP of Sales & Customer Experience, you will drive cross-functional initiatives, establish processes, and monitor performance in a lean, agile environment within a low-volume automotive OEM.

Qualifications

• Develop and manage strategic programs across Sales, Network and Customer Experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple cross-functional programs from concept to implementation.
• Strong understanding of automotive dealer operations and vehicle distribution.
• Ability to develop business processes, controls and operating procedures.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead dealer and retail network expansion, including onboarding of new points of sale.
• SME for dealer onboarding, franchise processes, buy/sell documentation, and approvals.
• Develop standardized processes to support network growth.
• Manage monthly vehicle allocation and distribution with relevant teams.
• Monitor supply-to-demand, dealer inventory and allocation metrics.
• Oversee Karma Concierge strategy and related programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional program execution and customer communications.
