Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement and manage program initiatives and activities for graduate students and postdoctoral trainees.
• Increase the number, quality and diversity of applicants to graduate and biomedical programs through targeted recruitment initiatives.
• Support and create initiatives to enhance advanced research education, research training outcomes and career development.
• Assist with program coordination and collaboration across internal stakeholders.
