Job summary

West Virginia University’s Health Affairs Institute (HAI) is seeking a Program Manager to coordinate current and future initiatives in a hybrid role based in Charleston, WV. You will lead planning, scheduling, and stakeholder communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of program milestones.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least four years of project management experience with senior executives, strong organization, and excellent English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience working with senior executives and demonstrated project management experience.
• All qualifications must be met by time of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional supervision and task-level oversight of assigned project staff.
• Coordinate day-to-day productivity and task management on Health Affairs programs.
• Meet all active program milestones and deadlines per Health Affairs contracts.
• Organize and coordinate programs across internal departments and external partners.
• Define project approaches with senior leadership and ensure overall plans are executed.
• Assist with deliverable development and manage quality assurance until submission.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning for program phases.
