Job summary

Illumia is seeking a Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of strategic programs across cross-functional teams, coordinating Product, Sales, Finance, Legal, IT, and HR. You will drive status reporting, risk management, and accountability, supporting the unification of two companies and the AI transformation agenda.

The role emphasizes executive-level communication, governance, and the ability to lead complex initiatives in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

5+ years leading end-to-end programs with cross-functional teams across multiple functions.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills at senior levels.
Ability to manage ambiguity and drive accountability across workstreams.
Experience in software/technology environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of strategic programs across Product, Sales, Finance, Legal, IT, and HR.
Maintain accurate status reporting, identify risks early, and hold owners accountable.
Partner with PMO leadership on governance, milestones, and risk registers.
Support post-merger integration and AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
Facilitate cross-functional coordination to accelerate cycles and improve handoffs.
