Job summary

The JPI Group is seeking a highly organized Program Coordinator to support an energy efficiency workforce development program in Michigan. You will handle administrative, operational, and coordination tasks, including participant recruitment, enrollment, training coordination, and reporting.

Reporting to the Program Manager, you will maintain accurate records, manage schedules, support employer engagement, and assist with contractor coordination.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in program coordination, administrative support, workforce development, or related area.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience maintaining records, scheduling, and reporting in systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program activities and schedules with timely updates.
• Maintain calendars, implementation schedules, and records.
• Prepare agendas, materials, and meeting notes; track action items.
• Coordinate communications among internal teams, subcontractors, providers, and stakeholders.
• Assist with participant recruitment, enrollment, and onboarding per requirements.
• Track training progression, credential attainment, and reporting timelines.
• Support data collection, reporting, and program documentation for audits.
