Job summary

WellPower in the Greater Denver Metro area seeks a Program Manager to provide clinical and administrative supervision for a multidisciplinary team including Nursing Home and PSH teams. You will ensure trauma-informed, high-quality care, staff development, and strong program operations while managing budgets and regulatory compliance.

Hybrid work with 1–2 days on-site weekly and standard business hours, salary in the posted range, and opportunities to lead service innovations and community

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
• Colorado LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LAC or Psychologist license in good standing required.
• Minimum 4 years of clinical services experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory/management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to multidisciplinary staff for trauma-informed, person-centered care.
• Ensure staff meet service hour targets, performance metrics, and accurate documentation and billing.
• Support staff development via training, mentoring, reflective supervision, and evaluations.
• Conduct timely evaluations and feedback, with coaching and disciplinary actions when needed.
• Ensure clinical docs and case management meet standards and regulations.
• Perform regular audits and update workflows to align with best practices.
• Coordinate daily ops, staff scheduling, coverage, and service delivery.
• Partner with leadership to set and monitor short- and long-term goals.
• Lead program design innovations to strengthen service delivery.
• Monitor outcomes and drive continuous improvements in effectiveness.
• Foster accountability, morale, and engagement; recognize achievements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and community partners for coordinated care.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and expenditures to meet targets.
• Apply Fee-for-Service knowledge to sustain financial performance.
• Maintain a trauma-informed environment of wellbeing.
• Other duties as assigned
