Job summary

American Councils seeks a Program Manager to oversee the Stevens Digital Leaders program, coordinating recruitment and onboarding of educators, and managing online course delivery across multiple components. The position is Washington, DC-based with a hybrid schedule combining office days and remote work, reporting to the Program Director and leading four Alumni

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in education, international education, or related field.
• Minimum eight years' experience in education programming or international exchange programs.
• Experience managing educators, facilitators, or instructional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing support of online teachers and facilitators.
• Manage course implementation logistics, including cohort timelines and assignments.
• Oversee quality assurance of online delivery aligned with curriculum objectives and pedagogy.
