Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in social sciences, development studies or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in program development, management or fundraising in non-profit settings.
• Proven ability to write successful grant proposals and reports.
• Strong analytical and research skills to assess community needs.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and develop programs aligned with strategic goals.
• Conduct needs assessments and feasibility studies for expansion.
• Write grant proposals and funding requests.
• Manage program budgets and ensure responsible resource allocation.
• Monitor implementation, collect data, and report progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to ensure program relevance.
