Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public administration, social work, public policy, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in federal discretionary/demonstration grant programs or grants management.
• Knowledge of 2 CFR 200, NOFOs, and relevant guidance.
• Experience with diverse recipient populations and program reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate training and technical assistance for diverse grant recipients.
• Support monitoring, evaluation, and progress reporting.
• Assist with grant competition support and reviewer coordination.
• Draft recipient-facing materials and program updates with plain-language clarity.
• Collaborate with Federal staff and subcontractors to ensure integrated delivery.
