Qualifications

• Experience in project cost management, financial tracking, cost analysis, or project controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work with large datasets and identify trends.
• Experience with purchasing, invoices, budgets, and project costs.

Responsibilities

• Track, log, monitor, and analyze project and program cost data.
• Support cost management across multiple pipeline integrity projects.
• Monitor actual costs against budgets and flag variances.
• Track field costs for contractors and survey vendors.
• Monitor POs, invoices, commitments, and related financial activity.
• Maintain visibility into costs entering and leaving the program.
• Identify unusual cost activity and communicate issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to understand financials and field activities.
• Support financial reporting, forecasting, and cost analysis at the program level.
• Analyze large data volumes and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Respond to cost-analysis requests for multiple projects.
• Assist in maintaining accurate project financial records.
