Job summary

TPI Global Solutions seeks a Cost Controller for the Valley Crossing Pipeline Expansion project. Hybrid role based in Edina, MN or Duluth, MN, supporting a $600M capital program with close collaboration to the Project Manager and Scheduler.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost control for large capital projects.
• Strong ability to forecast costs and prepare budgets and baselines.
• Proficient in EVM and cost variance analysis.
• Experience with change management and cost impact assessment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report project costs across the lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and baselines.
• Perform cost variance analysis and identify trends and risks.
• Track expenditures, commitments, invoices and changes.
• Prepare cost and performance reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with PM, schedulers, engineers and contractors.
