Job summary

Studio in a School seeks a Program Coordinator for Long Term Partnerships in New York, NY. The role provides administrative, logistical, and clerical support for multi-year school partnerships, liaising between Studio and educational partners, artists, and consultants.

The coordinator will work with program and administration teams, and is expected to join the United Auto Workers Local 2110. The position is full-time, non-exempt, with a hybrid schedule and in-office requirements at times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Art, Art Education, Art History, or a relevant field preferred.
• Minimum of one year of related work experience with vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Experience in art education or nonprofit organization is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites; Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Data tracking and maintenance for records, paperwork, and program materials across five boroughs.
• Maintain and update tracking systems and databases (Excel, Access) for service dates.
• Process art supply orders, track budgets, and assist Artists with supply options.
• Schedule program components, meetings, and trips; support timesheet systems.
