Job summary

The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia is hiring a Program Coordinator for Entrepreneurship Education & Programs. You will manage day-to-day operations of Philadelphia-based educational programs, coordinate student and alumni engagement, and ensure successful delivery of Venture Lab initiatives.

The role requires 3–5 years in higher education or nonprofit settings, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with CRM systems and program marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in higher education or nonprofit environments.
• Interest in entrepreneurship and ability to learn new subjects quickly.
• Ability to coordinate multiple programs and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience coordinating programs, events, or initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating program marketing and audience engagement activities.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across departments.
• Experience collecting and reporting program data to support assessment.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with enterprise platforms and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day operations of assigned educational programs.
• Develop annual work plans and timelines aligned with program goals.
• Coordinate student and stakeholder engagement and supervise student teams.
• Handle program financial administration and CRM data integrity.
• Support donor stewardship and reporting of program data.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, IT, and other partners.
