Job summary

Odyssey seeks a Program Control Analyst in the Niceville, FL area. This hybrid role requires three days on-site weekly, with duties spanning financial planning, contract execution, and leadership reporting for a national security program.

The candidate will manage complex budgets, perform monthly forecasts, and collaborate with Government, Odyssey, and subcontractors to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Secret Clearance
• BS in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 8+ years in DoD financial planning/analysis or related role
• Expert-level Excel with complex formulas and data connections

Responsibilities

• Perform financial planning and analysis to provide reliable income statement insights
• Provide monthly internal financial reporting and forecasting to leadership and CCN2 program control team
• Produce contract deliverables and coordinate with Government, Odyssey, and subcontractors
• Maintain project cost alignment with JONs and budgets; support funding execution and reporting
• Lead meetings with Government and Odyssey departments to review reports and identify risks
