Job summary

Odyssey is seeking an Associate Director to lead a portfolio of programs within the CCN2 Business Unit in the San Antonio, TX area. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, high-quality program performance, and staff empowerment to meet mission objectives.

The position requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and an active Secret-level clearance, with responsibility for program execution, financial performance, and subcontractor partnerships.

Qualifications

• Clearance: Active Secret-level clearance.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience: 10+ years of comparable experience within the CCN2 mission set.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects and customer engagements to achieve client objectives, milestones, and program benchmarks.
• Supervise Program Managers and Task Leads to achieve program milestones and portfolio successes.
• Manage subcontractor relationships and engagements when required.
• Monitor performance, report progress, risks, issues, and variances from benchmarks.
• Develop and foster customer relationships and maintain healthy management relationships.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition to attract, recruit, and retain qualified staff.
