Job summary

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a Program Analyst 2 within the Risk & Performance Data Office (RPDO). The role focuses on developing systems, coordinating projects, and driving agile practices to improve operational efficiency and risk awareness.

You will support the Chief Risk Officer and Chief Data Officer, contribute to performance metrics, and coordinate across business units to align with the agency's strategic goals.

Qualifications

• One year as a Program Analyst 1; or
• Two years of analytical experience, one including program evaluation and recommendations, plus a bachelor's degree; or
• An equivalent combination of experience and training

Responsibilities

• Operational Support: Develop, maintain, and improve RPDO systems guiding operations
• Agile Leadership: Lead events and planning to promote agile practices
• Risk Evaluation: Assess unit maturity and document organizational risks
• Process Improvement: Identify obstacles and implement efficiency improvements
• Performance Metrics: Create and distribute operational performance metrics
• Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate communication between RPDO staff and business units
