Job summary

Dentons US LLP is seeking a Professional Development Coordinator to join our team in Chicago with hybrid work options. You will support development managers and the director, helping advance learning initiatives and performance processes across the firm.

You will coordinate training programs, manage LMS/MCLE databases, and assist with CLE applications and e-learning modules. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• Experience in a professional services setting preferred, legal industry a plus.
• Must be detail-oriented, with strong judgment, diplomacy and confidentiality.
• Able to work in a team of highly skilled professionals with discretion.
• Able to work in-office three days a week and remotely two days a week.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and time management.

Responsibilities

• Support design and running of training programs for firm colleagues.
• Plan, execute and evaluate training programs, workshops and events.
• Manage LMS and MCLE tracking databases; assist with reporting.
• Coordinate CLE applications and related processes across jurisdictions.
• Assist with e-learning module creation and portal pages in SharePoint.
• Track attendance for CLE purposes and support performance review processes.
• Prepare reports and statistical analyses for the review process.
• Support mentor programs and associate development initiatives.
