Majestic Steel seeks a Production Scheduling Specialist to coordinate schedules and ensure smooth workflow across internal lines. You will partner with sales, operations, and plant leadership to prioritize work and communicate plans, delivering a superior customer experience in a fast-paced setting.

This role emphasizes optimizing production, accuracy, and cost efficiency, with hybrid work and training. You will be a key link between production and sales, contributing to customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience scheduling, planning, or in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to learn ERP system functions and manufacturing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and cost production jobs efficiently to ensure timely outbound shipments.
• Maintain optimal finished goods stacking levels and identify utilization opportunities.
• Anticipate and proactively resolve potential production concerns.
• Enhance data accuracy by reviewing completed work orders and reporting discrepancies.
• Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce production costs.
• Perform other job-related duties and special projects as assigned.
