Job summary

Propelis is seeking a Master Scheduler for its Butler, PA facility to develop and execute daily and short-term production schedules. You will coordinate with Project Management, Production, Purchasing, and Operations to meet customer commitments using optimal labor, equipment, and materials.

This role leads Production Planners, monitors capacity, identifies bottlenecks, and drives schedule improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Hybrid work in Butler, PA is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent manufacturing planning experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel with ability to develop complex planning models and dashboards.
• Advanced Excel features: Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas, data validation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and short-range production schedules.
• Sequence work to maximize equipment utilization and on-time delivery.
• Balance workloads across departments and work centers within the facility.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to changing priorities or constraints.
