Job summary

Everforth Apex in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Production Planner/Master Scheduler I to coordinate materials, plan production, and support on-time delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will ensure material availability, monitor shortages, and maintain ERP/MRP records while collaborating with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Manufacturing, and Sales teams to meet customer demand.

The role also requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

• Ensure timely availability of materials to support production.
• Monitor and expedite material shortages and supply constraints.
• Review open orders, demand forecasts, and inventory reports to support planning.
• Maintain accurate planning, inventory, and material control records in ERP/MRP.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules to ensure materials and resources are available when needed.
• Track shipment status and participate in cross-functional meetings to meet delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales and Operations to resolve scheduling issues.
• Support inventory control, forecasting, and production planning activities as assigned.
