Responsibilities include creating detailed calendars, approving samples, managing timelines, and ensuring compliance with packaging and labeling requirements, with oversight of ERP data entry and cost tracking.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years experience in production/operations.
• Strong communication skills to work with Sr management and production teams.
• Ability to negotiate FOB prices with suppliers and manage MOQs and lead times.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and own time and action calendars for orders and styles.
• Ensure timely delivery and approval of product, label and packaging samples.
• Coordinate timeline changes with management, sales, replenishment and design teams.
• Coordinate government, product and customer requirements (labels, tickets, packaging, certifications, testing, quality control).
• Supervise overseas production team in ERP data entry (Envision).
• Track samples and testing with factories and design teams to keep production on track.
