• Strong knowledge of vendor costing, margin targets and production approvals.
• Excel proficiency; product data or PLM systems preferred.
• Ability to manage a very high SKU count with tight timelines.
• Occasionally meet off-hours with Shanghai based team.

Aufgaben

• Set priorities, milestones, owners, and deadlines across programs; track progress and lead recovery plans.
• Align cross-functional teams and vendors; ensure accountability and on-time delivery.
• Standardize production processes and handoffs to improve accountability and execution.
• Select and allocate vendors based on cost, quality, capacity and delivery performance; reallocate as needed.
• Deliver accurate quotations, negotiate pricing, and identify savings through product and packaging analysis.
• Maintain current quotes and approvals; document changes before approval.
• Maintain specifications, costs, packaging, milestones, quotations, approvals across systems.
• Control versions, document decisions, and ensure each handoff uses approved information.
• Keep samples and reviews on schedule; drive vendor follow-up and approvals.
• Update final specifications and confirm production readiness before release.
