Job summary

The Cigna Group's Accredo internship within the Product team offers hands-on experience supporting Senior and/or Product Advisors on data analysis, project coordination, and cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

You will engage in real-world, applicable work that makes a difference to patients, providers, pharma clients, and our enterprise, with development activities including an executive speaker series and networking opportunities during the 10–12 week summer

Qualifications

• Enrolled in bachelor’s or graduate degree program; 3.0 GPA or higher preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-starter eager to learn and acquire new skills.
• Strong business aptitude and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Overall passion for learning about the industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze data & trends.
• Build successful case studies of our services.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth execution of projects and deliverables.
• Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
• Provide general administrative support such as organizing data & information, scheduling meetings, managing calendars.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and achieve project objectives.
• Attend meetings and assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and presentations.
• Make or assist in making oral/written presentations to management.
