Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree or graduate degree program.
• Senior-level college students with a 3.0 GPA or above preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; solid presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Self-starter eager to learn and acquire new skills.
• Strong business aptitude and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to meet deadlines.
• Passion for learning about the industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Aligned to our St. Louis, MO office.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze data and trends; build case studies of services.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Generate reports to support decision-making processes.
• Provide general administrative support (data organization, scheduling, calendars).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and project objectives.
• Attend meetings and prepare agendas and presentations.
• Assist in oral/written presentations to management.
