Job summary

ICW Group is seeking a Product Business Support Specialist to partner across functions in designing, implementing, and managing insurance product solutions. You will coordinate projects, requirements, and regulatory filings, ensuring alignment with strategy and timelines.

The role emphasizes collaboration with PMO, IT, and Underwriting, with a focus on delivering end-to-end product changes and post-implementation support. A strong PM background and insurance experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Insurance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of insurance experience.
• Minimum 3 years of product (rates, rules, forms) experience.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Certifications such as CPCU, CBAP, PMP, or CAPM are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project management for product business solutions.
• Identify gaps, write requirements, and define project roadmaps aligned with strategy.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business solutions across multiple teams.
• Coordinate regulatory filings, rates, rules, and forms with IT and UW as needed.
• Coordinate UAT testing and log results with stakeholders.
