Job summary

ICW Group is seeking a Product Business Support Specialist to partner across functions in designing, implementing, and managing product business solutions. You will coordinate with business and technology SMEs to ensure projects align with department and company strategy.

You will engage with PMO, IT, and Underwriting to manage filings, dependencies, and testing, while providing production support post-implementation and driving successful deployment across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Insurance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of insurance experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant technical insurance product experience.
• Project management experience in prior roles desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project management for product business solutions.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify gaps and define roadmaps.
• Document and convert requirements; coordinate with IT and Underwriting for filings.
• Track dependencies, allocate resources, and update stakeholders.
