Job summary

You will influence decisions, define assets, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure delivery of strategic initiatives in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 3 years of Product experience.
• 3 years with the Software Lifecycle.
• 1 year of Advanced domain experience.
• 1 year with the Agile process.
• Experience designing and operationalizing customer segmentation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop a holistic product vision and the corresponding strategy to drive maximum value; set roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across audiences from product teams to executives.
• Anticipate future needs using metrics and qualitative input to identify asset improvements.
• Represent the product in governance meetings and own the portfolio of products/tools.
• Own the product backlog and frequently refresh/re-prioritize based on internal and partner input.
• Drive cross-product and cross-customer value and learnings with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with strategy and roadmaps.
