Job summary

HAVI in Chicago, IL is seeking a Product Operations Analyst to support the execution and continuous improvement of the product issue operating model. You will manage intake, triage, tracking, analysis, and cross-functional coordination of post-launch product issues, ensuring data accuracy and visibility into product performance.

This role collaborates with Product Management and Development teams on process optimization, automation, and new product initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in product operations, business analysis, or related environments.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with operational data, dashboards, and analytics tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in cross-functional environments.
• Exposure to product development processes or workflow automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute Issue Intake & Operational Coordination within established processes.
• Independently manage intake, tracking, and documentation of product issues.
• Ensure issues are categorized, prioritized, and routed appropriately.
• Support documentation of severity, ownership, and resolution status.
• Monitor workflows to ensure consistency and responsiveness.
• Maintain dashboards, tracking tools, and reporting for visibility into issue status.
