Qualifications

• Experience in product management across multi-agency environments.
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management and roadmapping.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Jira/Confluence.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead product initiatives for ORCA from inception to completion within scope and budget.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps aligned with user needs and strategic objectives.
• Facilitate multi-agency meetings and stakeholder engagements across seven Puget Sound transit agencies.
• Drive product and business planning across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate agile processes (scrum/kanban) using the Optimal Product Process.
• Manage vendor and consultant relationships, including the main fare collection system integrator.
• Conduct market analyses, user research, and competitive evaluations for improvements.
• Provide documentation, training, and ongoing stakeholder support.
• Oversee ORCA projects from scope development to handover to operations.
• Identify and mitigate risks, communicate impacts, and develop solutions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Optimize operational processes for fare collection efficiency.
• Prepare and deliver leadership/status reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards across activities.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications with technical teams.
• Identify market trends and customer feedback to improve offerings.
