Optomi, in partnership with a leading entertainment company, seeks a Product Manager to support technology solutions for emerging residential communities. The role is an 18-month contract based in Celebration, Florida, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of product management or related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; graduate degree preferred.
  • Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and the full software development lifecycle.
  • Experience leading small to medium digital or technology projects.
  • Strong communication, requirements facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt documentation and processes as business needs evolve.
  • Preferred experience with real estate, PropTech, marketplace platforms, vendor/API integrations, content management systems, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Preferred familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Smartsheet, and Microsoft collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to establish product strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain roadmaps for home inventory and other commercial, Sales, and Marketing functionality.
  • Translate business requirements into project briefs, strategy decks, user stories, acceptance criteria, and go-to-market plans.
  • Serve as the day-to-day product point of contact for multi-phase capital and expense projects.
  • Manage and prioritize the Jira product backlog.
  • Collaborate with delivery squads and vendors to resolve blockers and support successful project completion.
  • Support defect triage, root-cause investigation, and resolution with technical, creative, and production teams.
  • Validate completed functionality in QA and production environments.
  • Provide product progress and scorecard updates to business and technology leadership.
  • Coordinate feature launches, testing, procedure documentation, research, analytics, and project logistics.
  • Support ongoing product maintenance, content configuration, and incident-management collaboration as needed.
  • Maintain alignment with broader product standards and evaluate emerging technologies for business value.

Position Summary:

The Product Manager will help define and deliver commercial products, including home inventory functionality and Sales and Marketing initiatives. This professional will partner with business, technology, and external vendor teams to develop product strategies, maintain roadmaps, prioritize features, and support delivery and ongoing operations.
